This site was started with the intention of it becoming the central repository of information for RC Helicopter Flying in New Zealand – specifically 3D Aerobatic flight. Whilst the NZMAA has its wings badge certification for RC Heli pilots and the NZMAA Heli SIG (Special Interest Group) have written 3D Competition rules, up until now there had been no single site that could act as the focal point for 3D in New Zealand. Now there is and this is it.
This site is designed for budding and experienced New Zealand 3D Pilots, and for judges who wish to judge 3D competitions in New Zealand. Here you are able to download all of the 3D competition rules, pilot documents as well as other useful info. We will also try to keep all relevant fun-fly and 3D event info up to date and listed here as well.
